CASyM winter school of Systems Medicine took place between March 29th and April 1st 2017 in Ljubljana, Slovenia and is entitled »The 3rd SysBioMed hands-on tutorial: Systems Medicine Approaches in Personalized Medicine«
Proteomics: Profiling of biomarkers, Analysis of protein activities, Autoimmune and inflammatory disease detection, Allergy screening.
Other applications: In situ Hybridization (ISH), Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
The station enables automated hybridization, washing and drying of slides, and therefore higher reproducibility and comparable results. It enables single or dual chamber options on one glass slide. Hybridization station is easy to use and adaptable to different microarray platforms.
For non-members of the Consortium the price for hybridizing 1 to 4 slides using the station is 196,50 EUR. *
* The price is approximate, the final price will be established by the end of 2007.
Hybridization station scanner was partially financed from Package 13 by Slovenian Research Agency and partially by EU Structural Funds.
